Workshop Painting
Have you always dreamed of creating your own painting? The theme and the colours that you like, that for example fit exactly with your interior. You can follow our painting workshop together with friends (maximum 8 people, minimum 4 people). The lessons are given on the terrace or at the swimming pool of Villa la Vida and Rosa. This way you will learn, among other things, how to put your design on canvas, mix the colours of the paint, different painting techniques and much more while enjoying coffee/tea with something tasty. You can choose the required materials yourself. We will of course help with that. Materials are included, except for a canvas of your choice.
The artist/painting teacher is Lies. Her precise and creative way of teaching is inspiring and ensures that you too finish the workshop with a beautiful painting.
The costs for the stay in the Villa including breakfast, 1x drinks and 1x BBQ and the painting workshop are 800 euro per person for 4 nights and 4 days of workshop. It is also possible to book longer. The additional costs are 175 euro per person for 5 days including workshop. You must arrange your own flight. About the painter, Lies Koster
I would like to introduce myself. I am Lies Koster.
More than 20 years ago I emigrated from the Netherlands to southern Spain. Together with my husband Fred van Krimpen we live in beautiful Andalucia where life is absolutely worth living.
Originally I am a professional goldsmith and jewellery designer, in addition I started painting paintings 22 years ago, mostly on commission.
I also have a huge passion: teaching. I have been teaching for about 40 years now (certified teacher) and I love teaching people, young and old, the techniques of painting. It is fantastic to see how much you can learn in a few hours in a playful way.
The great thing about painting is not only that you activate your creativity, master the painting techniques, but also find inner peace within yourself. Creating your own painting and achieving a result that you did not know you could do, also gives you a huge 'boost' in your self-confidence.
My motto is therefore always, "You can do more than you think".
